Terms and Conditions – Businesses/Advertisers/Sponsors/Advertising Packages
- For the purpose of these conditions, we refer to the Myshaadisites.co.uk website as ‘the website’, ‘myshaadisites.co.uk’ or
‘we’ or ‘My Shaadi Sites’. Myshaadisites.co.uk are trading as Activise Solutions. We refer to the client as ‘you’, ‘your’,
‘the client’ and ‘your business’.
- The terms and conditions displayed here are for Businesses/Advertisers/Advertising packages and Sponsors of
myshaadisites.co.uk.
- From time to time we may change these terms and conditions at any time without giving you notice. Therefore please check
these updated terms and conditions on a regular basis which can be found at www.myshaadisites.co.uk/termsandconditions. By
advertising or using any other services on myshaadisites.co.uk you agree to these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse to advertise your business for any reason and can at anytime suspend or cancel the services
we provide to you without explanation. We also reserve the right to make changes to prices of our advertising services, any
changes will be displayed on the website.
- We may from time to time advertise or market our other products and services to your business or may promote services from
other organisations that may benefit your business. These maybe communicated to your business through email, post, text
messages or phone calls.
- If the client wishes to register for a free basic listing (limited time only) on the website then the client in return must
advertise myshaadisites.co.uk by having a link on their website to www.myshaadisites.co.uk or by other forms of advertising
such as posters, flyers and other opportunities (we will provide these to you). If these terms and conditions are not adhered
to then we reserve the right to remove your business listing from the website.
- A premium listing on the website will incur a yearly fee which allows the client to display their business information for
one year from the date of registering with the website. The client in this time period may ask to remove their details from
the website but the fee is non refundable as this is a yearly fee. The premium listing will be displayed on the website
within 48 hours of registration and the client is responsible for the information provided and displayed on My Shaadi Sites.
If any displayed information is incorrect then the client needs to inform us within 14 days to update this accordingly. The
client warrants that the content of their website complies with relevant laws, rules and regulations and that publication of
the business website will not give rise to any rights against liabilities for myshaadisites.co.uk. If these terms and
conditions are not adhered to then we reserve the right to remove your business listing from the website. For updated
advertising package prices please check the website.
- We offer an advertising media pack which describes our advertising packages and is available to download from
www.myshaadisites.co.uk. If the client wishes to download the advertising media pack they will do so at their own risk. We
endeavour to ensure the file is virus free and we are not responsible or liable for any faults caused, any losses you
business incurs, any loss of business or revenue you incur, damages, injury or problems that arise from you downloading the
media pack.
Payment
- The payment to be made will depend on which advertising package you decide to choose – including Basic/Premium packages or
other services including small and large banners, sponsorship banners, email marketing and direct marketing. The prices of
these packages can be changed at any time and will be displayed on the website under the “Advertise With Us” section.
- Payment can be made via Cheque or major credit and debit cards in the UK. Payment taken by cheque will need to clear
before we display your advertisement on the website whereas payment via card will be displayed quicker. All adverts may take
up to 5 working days to be displayed but in most cases this will be done within 1 working day.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs your bank or credit issuer charges you.
- If the client wishes to make any changes to the advertisement or business listing then they have 14 days to do so from the
point of registering with the website, after this time a fee may be applicable depending on the changes to be made.
- Payments for any listings are processed securely through Paypal directly and we do not store any client payment
information on any of our systems. The payment is taken at the point of registration and is processed through the Paypal
website using their secure system and after this process is not visible. Payments or deposits for any business listings are
non refundable.
Liability
- Any advertising requests made by the client are subject to acceptance by myshaadisites.co.uk. We reserve the right to
remove any business from our directory at anytime without reason.
- We shall not be liable for any losses you incur by using myshaadisites.co.uk. Myshaadisites.co.uk are not liable for any
losses, loss of business or revenue you incur, damages, injury or problems that arise from you using the website to advertise
your business.
- We are not liable if myshaadisites.co.uk becomes temporarily disabled as this can happen due to circumstances out of our
control which could result to the website being offline for a period of time whilst we resolve any technical problems. Any
problems of this kind will be resolved as soon as possible and we may not be able to inform every client of any faults. We
will not be liable for any type of losses incurred for this and no refunds will be given if any type of problem arises.
- In case of any glitches on the website where the transaction amount for any product is incorrect, we cannot offer this to
you at any reduced prices. If you have already made payment then we will refund your payment and ask for the correct payment
in order to advertise your business.
- My Shaadi Sites offers a service where a user can use the option to ‘view website’ this is used to connect
www.myshaadisites.co.uk to another business website. We are not liable for any content published on other business websites.
The client is responsible for any text/ images and any other content displayed on their website and should adhere to the
relevant Laws. We are not responsible and will not accept any liability whatsoever for any content on our clients websites.
Cancellations
- Services are not automatically renewed we will contact the client 28 days before the expiry date in order to renew the
services. The client can contact us 28 days before renewal to renew their services for Business listings, advertisements and
any sponsorships.
- The client can at any time period ask to remove their details from the website or withdraw from their particular
advertising package but we cannot offer a refund of any sort as the client and My Shaadi Sites have agreed on a price and
length of time for the package to be advertised. Therefore if the client wishes to cancel their services or amend business
details we can assist with this but an administration fee may be applicable. All payments and deposits are non refundable. If
you are unclear of any part of cancellations then please contact us via one of the contact methods at the end of this
document.
Law
- The client warrants that the content of their business advertisement complies with relevant laws, rules and regulations
and that publication of the business advertisement will not give rise to any rights against liabilities for
myshaadisites.co.uk. Any content is to be provided by the client and myshaadisites.co.uk are not liable for any content,
images, text or graphics. The client takes full responsibility for the information displayed on the advertisement or listing
for their business.
- This contract shall be subject to the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts
of England and Wales.
